We have distribution centers and warehouses located in Europe and in the USA.

Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a particular processing time, depending on the specific product.

Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an extensive inspection of the products you ordered. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock can change at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same state as when you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
